How does Flamingo WiFi work?

Our simple plug and play device plugs into the back of your WiFi router and sits on top of your existing WiFi connection.

How does the system connect to my existing network?

Plug the device we send you into the back of your WiFi router using the ethernet cable which is included in the box you are sent. The device is pre-setup and requires no technical knowledge. Just plug it in.

Can we use our own logo on the login screen?

Yes. We can fully customise the login screen for you and use your logo. You can send us your logo through our contact page.

Do you offer discounts for multiple locations?

With the Flamingo WiFi system, it’s very easy to manage multiple locations.  Each venue will require its own router, and we offer discounts for multiple locations.

Are there any other hidden costs?

No. What you agree to pay when you sign up is all you have to pay. You will not have to pay any extras or incur any hidden fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept card payments and bank transfer.  If you’re in the UK, we can also accept Direct Debit. For card payments, we accept VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron and American Express.

How do I gain Facebook likes for my business?

Flamingo WiFi can grow the number of likes your Facebook page has by prompting users logging in with Facebook to like your page.

Do returning users have to log in again?

It’s up to you. You can require them to log in each time they reconnect to the WiFi or we can set it so they automatically log in each time they reconnect for up to 30 days.

How is my customer data stored and is it secure?

All customer data is stored in data centres with the highest security measures around the world. Fully legal and GDPR compliant.

What data do you capture?

Each social media provider returns different levels of information. We capture all the important contact details from your guests including their email.

Is there email login for those that don’t want to use social media?

Yes. Guests can choose to log in with their email address instead of using the social media account login. Great way to build up a valuable mailing list.

How can i use the data that is captured from my guests?

We offer advice and additional services to help our customers make the most out of their captured data. Don’t worry if you have no idea what to do with the data you build up – we can help you! The data you collect is very valuable and we can teach you how to make money from it.
